how do you delete pushed files from external storage on firestick

I use Adb Fire to push some scripts and repos to firestick on the external storage. I am stumped how you can delete them. I even did a new install of Kodi and they are still there. Anyone have a answer for this i would appreciate it?

download total commander from amazon, just search it.. its a very small simple file manager, long press to delete, copy, move, etc files.

you can also use kodi's filemanager if installed, you need to enable rename/delete files, and perhaps show hidden files in system->appearance->filelists first. use the context menu 'c' todo file actions, long press brings it up too if using kodi 16.. you also need to add the path btw.
