the biggest thing i can think of is that the Avov allows you to have Kodi XBMC. While mag 254 is purely made for IPTV

actually the avov allows you to have add-ons from the mickymart not kodi add-ons..at least yet

The best way I can describe it is this way: If you just want the NFPS service then the Mag 254 if the best choice. If you want and like a lot of movies, then the AVOV TVonline is for you because it has apps that can be added for a lot of movies. Some of the apps are Movie 24, 1.channel, and several other news and sports apps.

having both units, I will say this...the picture quality is about dead on equal..the reason for choosing one over the other is the avov also offers add-ons much like kodi from it's own
mickymart store and yes, they are free. The decision is ultimately yours to make and you should also consider a good android box to go with either of your choices, thks..
