Hi I have been having a problem watching the movies or tv shows. I click on the movie but it remains on the same screen and when I press forward it gives 0000. A few days ago I sent an email to papiao and they rest the system I logged in and it worked now I'm going to watch a movie and it is giving me the same problem. I can't keep asking them to reset the system every time I would also like to know what causes this problem. I rebooted the system, did an update I even logged out and back in to see if that helped but keep having this problem. Can you help me with this matter?
