I purchased a donation. I put the portal code and them it says ( Please Contact your provider to register this device) what's do I have to do please

If you want support, you'll probably want to clarify what setup you have so people can figure out if you've simply missed a step configuring it, or if the error resides server side (which would be MAC related I'd think, or otherwise require an email to admin be sent).
