Help required for new starter error: "contact provider to register device"

I have a matricom g-box Q android device and on it both Kodi and STB emulator for Mag250 and started to use it yesterday. I have this android box for using my rocket donation? I was using the stb emulator and it was great working very well and was very happy with it. Then when kodi app was launched for use the stb emulator would no longer load my channels?? It gives error "contact provider to register this device"?? have i locked my donation out or does anyone know what causes this i have since deleted IPTV from my kodi to ensure no conflicts but still same error? If i delete the emulator app and reload it to the android box will this work? i would be very happy to get back what i had yesterday on stb emulator.

I Got it sorted deleted (1)STB emulator and reloaded it (2) changed rocket MAC (3) removed rocket from Kodi IPTV addon. Re entered the required fields to STB emulator and all worked fine.
