I go to the https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps I put in my donation # and I keep getting this "The information provided is incorrect please try again." I sent an email to the powers that be telling them the problem and I was told to "try logging in now". Now to what if its not taking my donation number.. I reset my two STB to see if maybe they fixed it behind the scenes but nothing. Who can help? I want my MTV!!!
