help please

hi using a avov box
i bought a donation off this crowd

when i inserted the url it then asked me for a username and password
on order page it said my username was my email and password was n/a
then at the end of the order page said my username was 1 and password was my donation

yet when i insert these two different combinations it fails.

can someone help me out here as their instructions are non existing.

ok well using the donation as a user and password wont work still reloads as in it fails.
ive tried resetting the iptv server still wont work . even after rebooting the avov box.
not the best start is it.

did link mac address from your avov box to donation at http://iptvprivateserver.is

go here https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps/ load your info should give you your url iptv server to use then add you mac address and 12 number donation numbers thats password and user name thats it your done the mac address is in tvonline server setting
