HELP!!! Please Contact Your Provider to Register This Device. How to fix it?

Hi,

I just came back home from a 10 day vacation. When I opened TV, it's showing me Please contact your provider to register this device. btw, I'm using emulator on an android box. It has been working well before I went for vacation. now, I cannot watch tv. Anyone knows how to fix this problem? thank you in advance.

followed the instruction, everything seems correct according to it. I'd like to check my donation status. Should I use the username in the email or something else? cuz when I use that donation number I couldn't login, thus I cannot see the mac address that linked to that donation number.

never mind, i used the wrong url. But I still don't have tv, i checked my donation status, everything is ok, 302 days till expire. mac address is correct.

Now it's working. I relinked to mac address 00:1A:79, and change that on stb emulator as well, now it's working. I thought I was supposed to use 00:1A:78 for stb emulator.
