Help!!! Lol!!!

Hi there, Mike here...

New IPTV user. I had set my IPTV wifi password up at my place without a problem, but when I went to my girlfriend's with it I had problems.

Her wifi password has dashes (-) in it and I could not find it on the tv screen while using my remote.

Could someone please tell me how to insert dashes in a wifi password using the IPTV remote?
