Help I've messed something up

I was watching tv and and made some adjustments in the setup/video menu trying to make picture a little clearer and it rebooted and now I don't have a picture or sound .only a message saying can't support this mode. ive tried unplugging it to see if it would boot up but no luck. Remote has no effect except to power on or off. Any help would be appreciated

Don't have an answer... but was wondering if it is a Sony TV

yea you change the refresh rate now wont work try rca cable and then change back to right setting check tv setting first

got picture back with rca cable but am unsure what i should set the video to. Tried "auto / same as video " setting but that didn't work. The first time I set it up I think it did it automatically ,at least I don't remember any setup for video. Its a Samsung not panasonic fyi. Any ideas. Thx

Went into video in settings and set to what the button on remote says it should be. 720p and same as video. it said to reboot. after I get a message to set output to SD or use HDMI output. Tried reboot with TV set to HDMI and cable out of MAG254 inHDMI and get the same "mode not supported"
Cant get back to settings menu using RCA cables always get "set to SD or use HDMI" message.
