you may be better off doing what you yourself suggested awhile ago.
Uninstall that Kodi and install new. Then use the Stalker version that should be already included in that new Kodi install.
Start fresh.

Ok I followed all instruction's and channels loaded TV working , but picture starts and stops every few seconds ( thank you all for the help )

tv loads but do you have to reload every time you turn it on or is there away to keep it loaded

Don't close Kodi or turn off the box and it will stay loaded.
