Hello need to fix all isues

Hi guys . I'm a old customer and I dont know why from around 2 weeks from when they start Add channels most of the channels not loading or take some more time to load and also some channels the conection is good but alot of the others the conection is not good example open the channels and after some minutes or seconds the conection no good...amd iys not my Internet because if is my Internet all channels are will be with problems...please iptv66 fix it or someone fix it I have many customer complaining

I said before a lot of freezing on some channels with the old channels...the new channels they Add are working ok.....yes it iptv66...no a mag formuler and dreamlink...its not portal changing...
And many channels have issues...they should check one by one...5407 one of the many many others....and sometimes the channel show HD quality and pass in a minute to SD or FHD why and some not all of them open the channels very show ans some open fast...fix it
