Heavy freezing today in many channels

Hi guys! Its been a while since I have this kind of issues so just to know if someone else having strange excessive buffering on moat of the channels. And yes, I already wrote to staff but I want some feedback. Thanks!

Yes well, common things like changing portals, resetting the modem (lecture was correct, ao no internet issue), tried different devices...

What about a VPN or a different video player in the app?
What is the speed at the device?

Tried different players but no vpn. This is a very rare issue since Im with the guys. Not normal.

Well certain ISP's are stepping up their game.
Don't be surprised when a VPN is needed for everything.

Good to hear it was able to be fixed.
I've been using Ipvanish and for a year I pay just over $3/mth.
It's unlimited bandwidth and connections/devices.
I use it about 50% of the time when an issue arises.
