My opinion, but HQ for streaming is more important than HD for live TV. Streaming can't replace OTA or Satellite for high frame rates and the requirement for data, as well as the need for graphics processing and buffer memory at the end user. I don't need to see blades of grass when watching a football game... rather have a 480 stream that doesn't buffer than a 1080 that does.
