Having Problems with T1

Good Day,

I would be grateful if I can get some assistance. I have a Dreamlink T1, with 2.4.4 I noticed that last evening, I was having a problem with downloading all apps. For example, I tried to download KODI...the line comes up, and the download starts. However, it just sits there for about 5 minutes and then stops, and then disappears. The download button then comes up. I have tried to download several apps, but the same thing happens over and over. Any assistance that can be given will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are you using a WiFi connection or wired connection? Try using a wired connection (LAN cable). If it still acting up, factory default your T1 and do it again.

I am using a wired connection. I have also factory defaulted the T1, and I am still getting the problem.

Please check if your T1 is able to reach internet.

Try Uninstall the dol app and reinstall it make sure you have all your info handy since it will delete all your info

I tried to install the DOL app from the app market, and that too would not install.

Reset your Internet modem it sounds like your isp is blocking you downloads

Interesting. I used another ISP, and the download went through. I am going to reboot this other modem and see what happens. Thanks for the inputs everyone. Appreciated.
