H96 Max box not booting

Hello

I bought H96 Max 4gb/32gb box but it just says booting on display and then time, screen displays H96 and nothing else. Sometimes it will boot and seem to work, then freezes. There is no reset button that I can see. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

You say sometimes it will boot up and seem to work.............. once it does boot up go to settings and factory reset the box..........
