Got this today NAND_flash error

If you are experiencing a NAND_flash error after the package installer update fix please bare with us as we have identified the bug and are working to resolve it. This means within 2 days it will be resolved, if not please open rma ticket so we may repair your device. Thanks for the support y'all!

did you open up a ticket ? for rma and ask them they have all info

yes and yes.they said to give them 2 days before i send it back.4 days still no luck for me.will give them a poke later on and see what they say.thanks

Same thing here and a few people on their Facebook. This company has said they had the problem fixed twice and they didn't. Seems like they have no clue how to fix this issue. Been 3 weeks with no box now.
