freezing

could a moderator please comment on this constant freezing. I have another service with very little to no freezing and I am wondering if I should renew or stick with the other service only.

Amen. I agree. It's getting worse everyday and I have been here since day 1. My other services still working really well and it includes high definition channels but I enjoy this lineup of channels better. Maybe I will have to bite the bullet and not renew if this keeps up.

ive just renewed and i wish i hadnt channels down and the constant buffering i have actually not used this service as i found free add ons that dont have the problem it s amazing that free addons work and this service which is paid has a constant problem

I concur. channel 200 is perfect, 8103 perfect but some other channels like HBO sig 302 buffering midly channel 172 Disney Junior buffering severly, ready to throw the remote..lol
Some are almost perfect but others are so annoying.

Thank you for listing a channel or two that i could test. The other blanket statements help no one. Now, because I'm a mod, my analysis can be doubted, but in reality I have no dog in the hunt, so rest assured I'm preaching the gospel here.

I gave both HBO Signature East HD and Disney Jr HD 5 minute tests (Race and Sofia the First, respectively). I didn't have an instance of buffering or freezing on either channel.

Strange as of 3:41 eastern time, channel 172 Disney Junior is freezing constantly. Playing Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Channel 200 once again is perfect. The only reason I am testing that channel 172 is because a friend has the same issue. Maybe you tested it when it was stable for those 5 minutes. Leave it longer. It aint my system if some channels work perfect and others dont.
The freezing issue keeps coming up with quite a few people on this forum and I will agree with them that it is the system.

I just counted 6 freezes in 1 minute for Disney Junior 172.

I just counted 0 freezes for CNN 200 in the last minute. Works perfect that channel. Both channels are High Def so we can conclude there is still some fine tuning in the system that needs to be resolved.

Yes, I just tried it (Disney Jr HD) again and there were some instances of buffering in an 8 minute period.
