Freezing VOD movies

Wondering if anyone else is seeing this aside for me, with no other postings, my guess is it is something on my side but I have not able to watch any movies as they all freeze pretty bad, tried How to train your dragon, Accountant 2 and Megan 2.0 on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday and even Monday, using XRS4500 with 1.5Gig internet.

Did you try using a VPN?

No, I have not, that would indicate the provider is the fault, wanted to see if anyone else has issues as well, if not, I can try that, bic mac, do you know if we have a step by step as to how to install a VPN?

What device do you use?
You can try Proton VPN Free.
Last I checked it's good for one device.

I have the Buzz XRS4500, Thanks, I will search for it and see if I can download it, I believe I do have to change my setting to "all countries" before I install the VPN.
