Freezing issue

I am experiencing heavy freezing.Every 10 minutes every channel is freezing.
Anybody else having this problem?

Try an IPTV Reset. I'm not seeing the issue at this end, and I don't see many reports of this issue. The reset might address the problem.

Why would my mag 256 pause every 10 or 15 minutes rewind it sell for about 10 seconds play pause again rewind play and so on he keeps doing it it’s on two different units

it is the service, seems like its on some type of dvr or something for it to happen.

I am using the smart app for my lg tv.I have done iptv reset and same result.I even changed the portal too.
I would like to change it to m3u player.But I do not know how to do it on smart stb.Could somebody give me step by step instructions how to do it.I tried changing Mac adress on route checker.I even tried changing Mac on smart stb app.
Help would be appreciated.
