Error when loggin to reseller dashboard

Hi, I got my email with my reseller info this morning. I have been trying to login to the reseller dashboard but I get this the error below and can't get pass it. Help please.

I don't even get to that point. That's all I get when I log in. There are no menus or anything.

I see the administer is online. He may be doing some maintenance.
