error message and won't connect!!

bad or missing serial number

so,
- iptv reset was successful
- powered down kodi
- rebooted router

getting same error

thing is all my serial id info hasn't been touched

what next, anyone? do we still have to send ID

edit; also tried connecting via the emu and get "please contact your provider... message"
