Error for Login

I keep getting an error for my login information. I have entered all the required data such as my portal url and my mac. I keep getting an error when I try to reload the profile and use it for the first time at the login screen. I have cleared the cache and force stopped STB emulator as most suggest online and no changes.

I was the same, for me I did an iptv reset on the Mac change page and then it worked, Can help too if you click portal reload on the left side menu of the emulator. Over all it's a mess and not user friendly , i tried emulator with a their party iptv with zero hassle to make sure it wasn't the app itself.
