Error at login and password

After the 13 digits have been entered at login and password, it says ERROR. I did an IPTV reset twice but no luck. This is a Mag254 and this is the first time I am using the service on my own. Before I was using the same service but thru somebody else.Any sugestions?

For the server URL that has been entered into the receiver, , ensure you include the http prefix .
Mag receivers want the complete URL


I assume with that reset that you did get the MAC addy linked to the 13 digit Route number okay ?

did you copy the MAC address from the Mag receiver and attach it to your 13 digit Route number at the iptv66.com website ?

That MAC will have a prefix of 00:1A:79 and plus some other digits. It will be either shown on the underside of the receiver or found in the menus

Thats one thing I dont know how to do. I thought the 13 digits were to just put on the login and password section
