"Error" after putting username/password

Hello,
I am always getting "Error" message after putting my username/password on stb emu.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, rebooting but nothing works.
Either the stb emu is not responding or when its responding it throws error.
I have rechecked my donation numbers and reset IPTV but nothing is working.
Can someone kindly help.
