Hi bufenuf4u sorry for the issues you are having unfortunately for you, your ISP or someone along the way is filtering your traffic. You can use a VPN to circumvent the OPENURL issue and restore your rocket service. When I had this in the past I used IPVanish there are many other VPN's out there so you can use what ever you feel comfortable with and setting up.
