Donation stopped working

I have a MAG 254 and got a new donation on Oct 4th, 2015 and now I can't get the IPTV to load.

I need some HELP! My IPTV went down, I unplugged it from the wall outlet and now it won't play anything but, the little blue light still shines and the internet cable still lights up but it won't switch over. .

My iptv was working fine until yesterday...donation is good until October 3, 2016. Is there something wrong with the server or my donation. Mac address is confirmed and ready to go.

try to re set your mac change the last 6 then change it back to the original mac you have configured

his donation was order on Oct 4th, 2015 when he goes to rocket routes checker puts in is donation number tell him its expired is donation should good till Oct 4th 2016 any help on this a buddy of mine i told him to post on this site for help

hmm.. I see a connection. greg says it is he's buddy, and when he (the OP) checks he's donation it says it is expired although it should work until oct. 2016 (as the OP also implies).
the OP is not very specific, and I think greg tried to help with that. unfortunately I can not help with anything but maybe untangling some strings.

For the original poster, you may need to contact the server via [email protected] with your donation number or order number if your donation was terminated early. If you got it from a reseller, go directly to that person to resolve the issue. A staff member can check the donation to see if it is valid, but only through the same donation checker.

With your order number go to your donation web site and use the contact email. If you went through a reseller there may be no help except through the reseller.

I have read that other people losing their donations before expiration on other sites. You are not the only one.

to correct this you must email papioa with all prudent information.
-email addy used
-last 4 digits of credit card used
-payment portal used
- date code started and date it was supposed to end
- how much paid and to what email paid to

title the email with a catchy title that explains what the email is about
