I have a donation, that Papio.tv tells me is inactive but it has 263 days left on it. The option to activate it is not there so I am unable to change it. It looks like the system thinks it has expired but it should not be. How can I get this fixed? What procedure do I need to do? Who can I contact to fix this issue? Thanks.
