Do you know if your credit card was charged? Many cards won't do international transactions and won't approve the transaction. (Make sure the e-mail didn't make its way into the spam folder.)

You might want to PM crazed with the order date, e-mail address used to place the order and the last 4 numbers of the credit card you used. He has been working hard to get these issues ironed out.
