Defective or normal TVOnline?

I want to know if anyone has had the same experiences with their TVOnline that has happened to me.

I have a RMA and I am prepared to send it back for replacement, but if it is acting normal this is a software problem so here are the symptoms:

1 - various locked up states where the only way to get it going again is to unplug and re-power the box. Happens multiple times a week for me.

2 - The box refuses to reliably keep IPTV channel favorites. It will lose them mid-session sometimes and sometimes after a couple of days.

I have performed 2 full factory data resets without affecting these problems.

I have had good experiences with the TVOnline so I am not trashing this wonderful device.

Has anyone here had the same experiences and thanks for replying if so.
