Customers complaining

I'm getting calls from customers that some of the channels are not coming in. Went to check on my box and not getting some of the channels. It's anyone else having this problem? Help me get these channels back for me and my customers. Thanks for the help.

first thing is to check the official channel list to see if those channels have been removed or still on the list.
The list get's updated daily, last update was just a few hours ago

I checked the list and still not getting all the channels i.e TV land, comedy central, all the Hallmark channels, reelz, lifetime, we and a lot of other channels. Restarted router, restarted my shield, still not getting all the channels. . Any other advise would be helpful. Thanks

Mine have been down better part of 2 days. The news channels and ppv work. And I?m not complaining just sharing, this never happens love the service!

This could be an internet thing.
To confirm or eliminate that, you'd need to try a VPN with the service.

As stated I am able to watch vod, ppv and cnn and al jazzera which would require an internet connection. As the original poster stated I?ve reset all equipment as well. As for VPN I was under belief if I used a vpn my donation would be blocked?

papiao allows VPN now.

Those channels that you do get you could get them even if you had no papaio access.
Llong as you had the channel data, they do not need a username/password to access them.
So I don't know exactly what that means to this but that's why you get them.. The others may be throttle by internet, but I can't say. They also may be an issue at server level but I still can't say. I do get channels here, I do however have issues of loosing them when i browse channels. But that may be firmware issue here. I've had the issue for many weeks now.

A VPN is the only way to answer this to know for sure, I think..

I have contacted admiration about this, just waiting for response, could be awhile.
