could not coonect to iptvrocket.tv

Have the old donation expired, has try to renew the donation but failed after clicking purchase. Then went ahead to order a new donation.
The new donation number is working with my IKS receiver but the IPTV online just keep on trying to connect to 11.iptvrocket.tv with no
success. The old donation number used to work like a charm.
I have tried to install the "memory cleaner" in the "others" section, but it fail to install.
Any guru out there have any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

You have to unlink your MAC ADDRESS from the old donation and then link to your new one.

Had a friend who had an expired rocket donation ........he bought a new one but could not get it to work........I tried to help him but the expired donation does not show up when you check rocket...can't unlink the mac from that donation...If i try to link the new donation with his mac (avov box) it tells me mac already in use...........any thoughts on this problem

I would send them order info from old & new donation using the email it was purchased with along with screen shot of mac addy...should do the trick..

Then once that takes, I go ahead and connect receiver to internet and then change Mac to one needed and connect receiver.

old donation does not show up when you do a rocket check..because it is expired.........new rocket donation shows up on rocket check with........0000000 as the mac....but the Avov box wont link because it says that the mac is already in use

Floder send to me in a pm the donation number. I have seen donations that are expired over two years still show.

If a donation is expired, I think that papiao should automatically release the mac from that donation, so it can be linked to a new donation. That is a problem that is going to start happening now, and they should be prepared.

When the expire is set to auto that will happen and human hands do not touch any thing. If we talk about it enough people will figure out how to maintain there account.
