please contact provider?i reset countless times,put in right things in right place,changed mac adr got stuck, 4 days later finally changed back.had it set up before all this happened and was fine,but still contact provider. Can anyone please help? going on 5 days.

Are you using anything else but the MAG?

You may need to send a picture of you MAC sticker on the bottom of the box to [email protected] so they can clear that MAC. The error occurs if the server can't match your MAG to the information it has about the MAC.
 
On mag boxes you must use the mac address from the box and also make sure you're using the correct url

Hi thank you for the quick response, We did that, we have reset numerous times, mac address and url are correct. We have tried everything. It was up and running perfect, this message came up 3 days ago and can not get rid of it.
