constant freezing - need help

using mag 254 .. constant freezing started since 1 month ago ... shows for about 1 or 2 minutes then freezing starts.. have to change channel and go back to original channel to fix freezing.. reset router, modem, iptv reset, etc.. and still does not resolve...

any suggestions on how to fix ?

1gbit download.. 0.05 gbit upload .. fibre internet

even tried different mag 254 boxes.. and same issue..

do you have the mag on wireless

With or without lan connection...same problem

factory default the mag 254 and start over service has bin working great no freezing

thx.. greg... i tried the following.. clicked on setup on remote control.. then i did a clear user data.. and also clear system ... did a hard reboot .. and voila ! .. no freezing .. i will monitor and hopefully it works fine..
