Connection probleme..

takes 10 or 15 min to load...

ive tried connecting many times today no luck the connection box with the constant scroll will not turn yellow it goes half way sometimes then I get a connection error message at the top of the screen nothing loads ive tried rebooting many times no luck does anyone have a way to fix this.

I just connected from inner portal settings took 2 min to load two min for channel list to populate and one min for video, is slow moving between channels but ones I tried were stable.
