Channel Issues

When i enter to kodi, im look into the right corner and i noted that all channels doesnt download. Im just got less than half of it. Whats tha issue?

1st, what addon used?
2nd, did Kodi get "Updated" to Kodi version 19 (Matrix)?
*IPTVXtra will not work with v.19 (but your last playlist loaded in the PVR, will still function).

Check if you are displaying just 1 Category (Information/ Cinema etc.), or "All Channels".

2. Kodi is 18.9
3. I ve doubt in the category.
But all i know is i have probably less than half of channels.

*Top left corner of EPG screen should say All Channels.

Update the TV playlist by opening IPTVXtra, select Yes to do an update, Select TV channels.
After it completes, shutdown and restart Kodi.
Hope that is the problem.

Hi, problem continues. My EPG tells me all channels, but i dont see programming guide. Is in blank. Most of the channels are unavailable.

Try the "LiveTV Backup" function in IPTVXtra2.
* processes without the PVR.

Open IPTVXtra main menu
Click PVR setup & system tools
Click LiveTV Backup
Select category
