Channel download

Using VLC, when I download the full channel playlist, I get 60,000 channels added to KODI.
The guide displays 8 lines at a time. No way can I page thru the guide to find a channel. The Iptv Simple does not
have either a SEARCH, or a bulk delete function.

That's why I use a playlist to search (with notepad) and edit my playlist.
I would like to switch from a playlist to the real time full channel URL.
I need a version of the channel list with ONLY the US channels, and NO VOD or TV channels.

Does anyone have this kind of shortened playlist ??

In the tests I've been able to do, I've never managed to get that number of channels (60,000).
I understand that there are some that don't work and VOD channels without a file, etc.
You can make the file and only have the USA channels, but that would take time since the USA and Latin American channels have the same or similar names.
You have to delete the Latin American channels and all others because you only want the USA ones.
And to make it a little simpler, you would have to arrange them in alphabetical order.
So that the Simple IPTV client in Kodi can read it faster and you already know where to look since it's in alphabetical order.
I can't have your file since it's personal, but it's the easiest way, even if it takes time you have all the tools to make it possible.
