Changed my settings now get error HELP!

Trying to see how the tv setting would be different I tried various settings started 720p then got to 1080 50hz and now I get no screen with this message on the tv (unsupported signal.Please check the device output.) and will not go to home screen to change it I can here the movement when try but only message on screen HELP!

ya but can I connect it to my mac to access the settings and if so is the an installer I have to put on the mac to be able to do this

need to use if it has rca cable then change setting

Had same problem with 254, reset it to 1080P. Go to how to reset in Forums. it worked for me.
