Cant see channel 131 Walking dead

I havent been able to see channel 131 and others lately. My download speed is 10.76 Mbps, upload 2.42 Mbps.
Any thing else I should check?
Is the channel down?

It works on mine using t18 box, BUT has no volume so basically unusable unless you can read lips!!!

Chanel 131 started working fine on Monday and throughout the week until today SUNDAY. I want to see The Walking Dead".
Channel 131 is down again
