Can't login to Donation Checker

Since May 17 or earlier, I have only been able to login to "Checker" once--when I renewed my sub. So there is no way to do a Reset or check my settings. I have emailed but the only suggestion : use your donation number for both user name and password. Of course I've done that. What can I do?

You need to use the order number or the e-mail address you got the donation as well as the donation number itself to use the donation checker. It doesn't ask for a password.

I have same issues recently I purchase new avov online 4 and try to use my same donation so try to link my new mac address but can't open checker code unfortunately I delete my all inbox email so I don't have order Id or any information also I try to enter my email and donation no in next box but couldn't open so help me how to link my new box with same donation no

I have sent them a copy of donation details, date I bought, etc. Beginning to wonder if it really is Papiao or someone else???? and yes have tried every possible combination of donation number email, order ID. Very disappointed. As I posted, it only worked when I renewed.

Almost another month has passed. Still can't do an IPTV Reset in Donation Checker. As I earlier mentioned, it only worked the day I r
enewed my subscription. I have followed every direction in trying to get into checker, read their inane responses. I hope sometime in the future they can be responsible. I will not use them again.
