Can't go full screen from EPG

I had same issue but then I used mouse button on remote control and clicked on picture while I was in epg and it turned full screen.

Did you try clicking on the picture with the cursor?

Which box are you using? I tested access channels from the EPG, and if you select a channel by clicking OK, or via a mouse on the EPG or the small video picture, you should get a menu to Play, Add (or Remove) From Favorite, and Close.... worked fine from the T3 box and Buzz TV.

I don't have doubts on your skills but try again and make sure courser is in middle of picture on top right corner and press ok button and should work.

well do not click on live tv with epg will not give you full screen have to click on just live tv and choose all.

Double click the item, in the EPG.
That should work.
