hadn't got them back yet, he said I would get them back the next day (Friday) , but then said engineers were having problems maybe on Tuesday

Why will the authorized reseller not take them back for a replacement, if they were defective to begin with. That is who I would be pressing the issue with.

I sent them a email about this dont know yet if they fixed the package installer yet will get email on that

do this take one box and reset after your done setup you should get 5 to 6 bars going on for updates all should say good try and see if you get that on one of them
