I will try reboot of modem router as well as going back to wireless like the first one I set up
but I know I have connection because I l updated and loaded up from app store

no luck..
I have factory reset the AVOV a couple of times and re downloaded updates and still no mac address or no server settings to put my url
it does however try to get me to to log in to some serer where I need a user name and password

you will need to send in support ticket to get firmware pushed into your receiver ,you will need to go to settings and then to system info . send your serial number to sn.avov.tv

it may take awhile but yes this is supposed to fix issue ,i am still waiting myself.i was speaking with david avov and this was his suggestion.main thing is to contact them and let them know ,maybe they will need to send you another box ,i have another one and no issue with it.

4wheeling how long you been dealing with them on this issue?
I sent the ticket in, but am going to call the place I got them from since they are an AVO approved reseller and see what they can do.
should I contact David or Hans from AVOV?

I talked to AVOV
and they are sending me some new ones as soon as they receive mine.
