Have either Ryu or myself change your Rocket portal for you.
Click on the name and send a private message.
Or a DNS change may also fix the problem. Google search how to change that DNS.
And use a Google DNS maybe, or do some searches to see what DNS may be best for you.

There is also this for Kokaleka app and Rocket/iptv66 clients, if experiencing connection issues.
The solution is posted in the last few posts on this thread linked below

Good morning Crazed. My Rocket system, using a D/L t3, has been working fine for quite some time now. However, yesterday it stopped. I'm getting a screen saying "contact your service provider - Server returned hotpot 521 - code 7-500". I also got a screen, once, stating I had been blocked and my service was expired. I only got the "expired" screen once though, and it has not shown up again since the one time. So, I checked my Rocket, and it states "lifetime, with zero bans out of three, and active". My STB shows expiration date of January of 2038, which is 13 years from now. I'm very confused. I already tried to do an IPTV Reset, but it still shows the same screens. I already tried changing the Portal from "P2" to "P1", and, also, no luck. I try to stay out of the forums and leave the space for people who need tech support, but this issue has me stumped, and I find that I now am one of the people who needs tech support. Can you help? You've always been able to, either, talk me through issues in the past, or help through issues with Rocket. I am curious.
Why would a Rocket that clearly shows "no bans" be blocked? Why would a working system suddenly disconnect and be blocked?

Yea, you are not blocked, that's just a generic message of sorts when things get messed up at the server end. It's a DNS issue or something like that. A portal change should fix it though.

You won't be able to change the portal P2 or P1 at the papiao site. An admin would have to do that part.
Click on my name and send me a private message. I'll need the Rocket code and we'll get the portal changed, should fix the issue.
