can not input portals on mag254 after factoy settings

Hi. I need information on how to enter portal once again after performed a factory default. I go to settings, portal and is blackout instead of yellow like it should be for me to enter the portal name and URL.Who can tell me what is going on.

You need to go to INNER PORTAL > SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > SERVERS > PORTALS and that is where you input the url etc. While in SERVERS check that in GENERAL you have the time server set, should be pool.ntp.org
