After five days of emailing Papiao I've not had a single reply back.

Ok, I've lost both my donation numbers, but Papiao won't let me log in with my email or password?

I've sent numerous emails without so much as a "we're really busy and will get back to you" reply.

Can a Mod let me know what is going on and if there is a problem please?

It seems like I'm not the only one having this issue.

Mods know about as much as you do. Home site has a banner explaining they are working in it. That is the best answer you will get for now.

Papiao is probably flooded with requests for help to find out what their donation/rocket/route number is. All I can recommend is to look for that e-mail where you received your donation number. Lacking that, if you may have requested status about your order, your browser might have captured the order number in an internal cookie, so you might be able to get an autofill to find out your order number. If you got your donation from a reseller, you have to deal with him.

It may be pointless to send multiple e-mails at this point, but if you do send them an e-mail, you should include the rocket number, the e-mail address that you had the donation sent to, and the last 4 digits of your payment card.
