I've had nothing but buffering issues all day. First 5 seconds is fine when channel loads then its constantly buffering and not even watchable. They need to fix this.
That was pretty funny. Buffering here in South Florida also. But this one I know the moderators can't help with, but as all issues its good that we mention it in this forum so others are aware that it's not only happening to us individually. Moderators have been hammered the last few days, and on this one we can only make them aware so they can advice others in charge, that is if only they have that kind of open communication with the phantoms who run this operation. BuBuBuBuBubuffering sux.
Well they said it before that on weekends and pm rush hour would be affected more, but that was before the transition, this should have solved all the buffering issues, since all of us are paid donations.

The service had been almost perfect for two months!!!!!!! Just when I thought they were making progress we take 10 steps back. I know, I know, be patient give it time they are working on it. We go to password access which I understand why but after the switch the whole system goes backwards! Are you kidding me!!!! Tonight (for me) most all of the channels are freezing if they aren't down already. Ok I'm done ranting.
A lot better compared to what? There is absolutely no excuse for regressing in the quality of service to this degree. Any issues in switching to password access should have been forseen. Assuming that is what is causing the service to degrade. ASFT I'm glad your service is improving many are not. Have a great evening .
