Brand new Vixo2

Hi guys I have a brand new vixo2 fresh out of the box. When I plug it in I get a green led flashing over dv1 I have no video the blue led is solid anyone see this before

Thanks I think it had a lose HDMI port I heard a small click when i gave it a wiggle and it booted like a champ now its working great!
