Box is blocked message

just turned on my Avov, got the "Your box is blocked by the server. Please contact the service provider" message..

My Dreamlink for FTA is running fine, and checked my status within server and all seems ok, any suggestions/help?

edit: did a factory and iptv reset, all seems good now, plz delete

kind of got the same message, "plesase contact your provider to register this device " whats going on? it was working fine about an hour ago

nevermind fixed. updated and iptv reset.
