did you try the mac address to your donation as in putting your mac address to your active donation and that way it will be connected or married to donation?or receiver ?

I put my Donation number where it says password when connecting to server, i left user name blank. That worked for me an no connection problem since.

Hey I am having the same problem.

After receiving my new fuse last week, I set up my server as I have with my other AVOV products.

Unfortunately, I then did the up-date and found the format had changed.

In the new format, I had the four options, I went to TV online entered my server #s and tried to connect and I got the message "Your Box is Blocked by server".

Since then, I have found out that there is two entrances to tv on-line. If I go to mickey hop and then to "my apps" I have no problem with entering tv-on-line.

But if, in the new format, I try to enter from the cover page on forth the option (tv on line) I get the above message.

Your Help would be appreciate,

hey were you ever able to get your mag box up and running? I'm asking because the same thing happened to my mag 254. after reading your message on what happened, I realized that the same thing is happening to me.

Sorry for the late Reply asft. What I did is that I only used my Donation Number in the Password section of Server Credentials for Online TV and My box works great. I never put in a name where it says name and password , only put in Donation Number Leave Name Blank and I have no Connection issues.

you will also need user name after Feb 1 or whenever it changes over..
